Cheating can be defined broadly in Toadwater as violating rules. Macroing unattended (AFK) is a violation that will get your removed from the rankings.

Multiclienting
One type of cheating specified by Dragoon is multi client use, or multiclienting. Any of the following are considered multiclienting by Dragoon's defnitions:
- "Using more than one (1) Toadwater Client (TWC) or Computers to consecutively play on one character,"
- "Playing more than three different characters using three different clients/computers,"
- "Using a custom program or complication to simulate multiple Toadwater Instances or by sending information to the Toadwater server."[1]
Server Abuse
Abuse of the server is not tolerated by the administration. While some of the above multi-clienting issues cover implementations of server abuse, it is not limited to those. Any abuse to the server detected by the game administration will be reviewed by them and appropriate action will be taken.
Other Rule Violations
As other rules are announced, violating them is implicitly cheating. If you are unsure about something and want to avoid punishment, it would be wise to:
