A former famous player-character within Toadwater. A wide variety of views are held of him among the other players because he could be very argumentative, debating fiercely with anyone holding differing views. Many players considered this to be trolling, others considered it harmless banter and debate.

He attempted to establish a style government within Toadwater through the use of his guild the Toadwater High Court of Justice (THCJ). He also attempted to enforce various rules on other players, including people registering bases with him. Those who refused to comply with his rules could then be raided, although it was frequently noted that he rarely raided established players, preferring instead to raid weaker, newer players.

He was banned around the end of 2005 for violating the Terms of Service once Dragoon took over Toadwater from Qill.

Many players wonder about his true identity and scour the KGB archives to find information on what he was like as a baby.
