Hackling machine

A hackling machine is used to hackle.
The machine is sold by the shop and must be placed on bare sand before it can be used to hackle. Once placed it can be used 1000 times before it disappears leaving bare sand in its place. Mousing over a placed machine will indicate its uses which increase from 0 to 1000.
Hitting a machine with a mallet will use up [mallet level] uses -- this can be used to destroy it faster than by normal use.
