Before You Start
Make sure the image is saved on your local hard drive. You will be uploading it to the server in a moment.
Visit the Upload File Page
Click Special Pages on the left, and choose Upload file.
Upload the File
- Click Browse... and choose the image.
- Enter a short summary of the image you are uploading.
- Check the box at the bottom (Be sure you actually are in agreement with it.)
Using the File
To use the file, simply place this text into your page:
[[Image:redsun.gif]]
Of course, replace redsun.gif with the name of the file you have uploaded.
All Finished
Now that wasn't so hard! Or was it? Oh well.
Go ahead and give yourself a pat on the back, anyway. You just uploaded and inserted an image into a Toadwiki page!
