From Toadwater Guide

ToadStat is an Excel spreadsheet originally made by TheDaddy (TheOldMan). ToadStat allows you to forsee your odds at doing almost anything in Toadwater, as well as other things- from planting trees to growing crops; from how many seeds you need to sacrifice in order to get a certain level seed to how long it'll take you to get a bird.

Later on, however, it was updated and is now maintained by Zorgon X.
