Of course there gets a certain point where you have more land that you could ever use efficiently and it goes to waste.

Fenceing off noob world to prevent competition for land is also unethical i think.

I personally think there is PLENTY of room around there..

Whoever is blocking the way needs to provide a path all the way through or they might find themselves subject to lots of harassment and fence chopping.

There is NO REASON for people to hoard land in the new worlds.. There is more than plenty for everyone..
