To avoid preventable conflict, you should read up on our Toadwater Constitution and familiarize yourself with your rights and responsibilities. And when you make it down, don't forget to apply for an Exemption!

Incorrect. By that logic, no revolutionary government that sweeps an older government from power without its permission could ever be considered "official." That would mean that no government in the world is "official" (since they have all had internal political upheavals in the past).
