Poll
Question:      At what point would you raid a stranger ?
I never raid.
When I see someones base that has holes in its fence.
When I see someones base that has pieces of unbuilt fence so I can just walk in.
When I see someones base that has only one layer of fence.
When I see someones base that has only two layers of fence.
When I see someones base that has three layers of fence but they are low level.
I'll raid everyone I don't know. Got some axes for sale?

Yeah, but then I didn't intend this poll for who would raid their neighbours who they know anyways. No point in raiding neighbours unless they are inactives. Even if it weren't an asshole move, it just gets you more trouble than gain.

Edit: Yeah, we are neighbours.

Though, to be fair, until about 5 minutes ago we had never spoken before. Smiley

I don't really see next door neighbours as strangers I guess.

There isn't a poll response for why I raid.

I occasionally raid people who piss me off. So I wouldn't call them total strangers. The number of fences or lack of them don't matter, in a case like that.

err, if there is holes in the fence, then it really can not be counted as raiding. It really is just walking in.

Its raiding just like entering a house in real life and taking everything is stealing, no matter if the door was open or not.

And Shanli, if the defenses don't matter to you, then you don't need to vote Smiley I'm trying to figure out what kind of defense layer will make raiders turn away.

Heh, no easy answer for that one. Three layers of fairly high level fencing turns away most casual raiders. But if someone wants to raid you bad enough, they will. It doesn't matter how much fencing you put around yourself.

I can't vote because almost all of those reasons are why I raid, except the first of course.

I've walked into some people's bases. I've thought about raiding them, especially when I walk into an area with about 10+ statues. I do, however, feel wrong about even thinking about stealing. I guess after I eventually get raided, I'll be a real bastard.

I stole some of Kali's radishes because I was hungry and low on health when I crossed her base with my level 30 on my first day of playing. I only took like 30 FBRs though, and I was already getting bored picking them up, lol.

I'll raid you because I can, you'll cry about it, and I'll enjoy it.

I pwn you wether you like it or not.
