Player Owned House

Currently there is a single house deep in the mines.  It doesn’t have much yet; so far it has a few mines and a personal furnace.  The tenant will need to bug me daily if they want me to add more content to it.  I will not make this house unbalanced where the tenant has a significant advantage over everyone else.   Right now I use it to test new content and idle in.  It is a very beautiful garden and access to the house will be through a hanglider.

I am looking to rent it out on a monthly basis to a single player.  At any time during the month if the tenant is unhappy they can cancel and still access it until the time they paid for is up.  The payment will work exactly the same as a subscription.  I reserve the right to cancel their payments at any time; the tenant will still have the left over time.

Here is how the first tenant is going to be chosen.  I am looking for a player who is at least semi-active and will use IRC occasionally for contact reasons.  I will be accepting offers for the next few days.  Please make the offers per month; you may cancel after any time though.  I reserve the right to not accept any bids for no stated reason.  Currently I only have one house planned but in the future if this is a success I may make more.
