I guess it is time to realize that I'm old when I'm trying to convince my daughter that Miley Cyrus is not nearly as good as Britney Spears  Cry

Oh, and I really really really miss Debbie Gibson *sigh*

She is six and has done "We Built This City", "Blackbird", and "Eye of the Tiger" in karaoke.  It is so very very very cute Cheesy

I kinda joke in this post about Britney.  I loved Britney when I was in my early twenties, and still kinda do.  I really really miss the 80s, though *pout*

I am sadly hooked on High School Musical 1,2 & 3 thanks to my 2 boys (6 & 3). I am pretty sure they'd watch it 24/7 if they could.

Now they have moved on from Ben 10 Alien Force to watching, The suite life, Hannah Montana, wizards of some palace and everything else on the disney channel. At least they occasionally put some classic kids tv on like bugs bunny for daddy to enjoy  Grin

Yeah.  Another place where I realize that I'm old.  My girlfriend's son insisted on watch the Tinkerbell movie.  At first I was all about it, then I realized that the entire thing was CG, and very poor CG at that.  I made the complaint about kids cartoons these days....Then I thought about my mom and dad complaining about me watch 30 minute commercials for the Transformers and the Thundercats....lol

Afraid I have bad news for you: both your boys are most likely gay.

They used to say that about me because of my infatuation with New Kids on the Block.

Dont ever introduce little children to the band Hit The Lights!. They will start wearing skinny jeans and growing long hair.

I love trees!

« Reply #14 on: March 14, 2010, 12:42:52 pm »

I love musicals, including the High School Musical movies. The Sound of Music has been my favorite movie for most of my life.
I also love almost everything on Disney Channel..

I'm a girl, so I guess I'm not gay.. Oh that's so dumb. My nephew loves Disney and High School Musical and the "kissing parts" of movies and he is not gay because I always catch him peeking at girls' when he can. Liking certain things makes you well-rounded, not gay, guys!

I hate High School Musical, and I'm gay. The statement is false.

You fail at logical reasoning.

Me: All human beings live on Earth!
You: Donkeys live on Earth so all Donkeys must be human beings!

Just because A->B is true does not mean B->A must be true. Liking High School Musical makes you gay, but that doesn't mean everyone who is gay likes High School Musical.
