I'm on a replay of Emerald right now, and I also own Red, Blue, Silver, Crystal, and Diamond. I'm definitely buying Black when it comes out, because I like the design for the legendary for that game. I've been a big fan ever since I was in the fourth grade xD So about ten years ago.

I love me some Pokemon <3 Played every gen but 3. I guess I was just in a state of not caring back when Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald came out. Got back into it when Diamond came out but didn't REALLY get sucked back in until I got HeartGold more recently. Love me some Rotom and can't wait for Black and White.

I've played everything up to Pearl.  I haven't played the newest ones.  I really with that they would come up with a Pokemon MMO, but I don't think that will ever happen.

Actually I hated Yellow.  Brock was a pain in the ass with Pikachu.  I tend to get the water type Pokemon in each game and then trade for the others later.

My favorite game was probably Pearl.  That's just until I play the next one, though.  As mentioned earlier, though, my favorite would be an MMO.  Unfortunately Game Freak has been pretty clear that they are against any kind on online Pokemon game.  Kind of counter productive if you ask me.  The game is already perfectly designed for an online format.

I loved Yellow at the time. I was ...11? So a game where Pikachu could follow me and be cute was the best thing ever. It also helped ease the pain of having my Blue cartridge stolen, 'cause that thing was my baby.

In all honesty, though, I love HeartGold/SoulSilver. The remakes are pretty awesome games, and it's great to be able to get to play older generations without having to deal with the outdated graphics.

I'm hoping Black and White are really good, as well. While HeartGold/SoulSilver were neat, if you played Gold/Silver, you already knew what to expect for the most part. It'll be nice to see what a brand new game brings.

yeah, i love soul silver now. Back in the day i just had a terribly overleveled venasaur who killed everything. But now i try to raise everything evenly and to also use more obscure pokemon. Thus the starters amost never make it to thier 3rd forms unless they are cool. Poor chickorita =).

Not yet, but eventually I want to try a glitch I read about to be able to catch a Mew without using a Gameshark.

I would have to say that when I did play pokemon that my favorite one had to have been Scizor or whatever his name was. He was the metal version of scyther and he had the best ability ever invented for that game. False slash or swipe. It only dropped the enemy pokemon to 1 hp at the lowest. Made for catching pokemon if you ask me.
