My fence refresh credits have 0 quantity and 0 value.  Is this correct?

Picking some long green peas right now (strain 164) and my green pea pod count is not increasing.  (Possibly intended for this strain?  I seem to remember it going up in the past ...)  The value of my peabag is increasing as normal.

ETA: Missed out on 2671 Green Pea Pods.

ETA #2: The same thing happened when I picked strain 166.  I'm missing 281 Green Pea Pods from picking 166.

I'll be the first to admit that I am an idiot.  I thought I was missing 3k green pea pods and I didn't even think to look that I had way more yellow pea pods than I had expected.  XD
