JTWC 1.0.2 released!

Nothing exciting, just bug fixes/missing features mostly:

- Added stupid old style coords to tooltips/options
- Added radish buff colours to InfoCenter View
- Fixed a bug where you would disappear in certain CW spaces
- Fixed popups so tutorial messages don't get messed up
- Placing hangliders (TM) works now
- Fixed a thing about trying to load null images
- NumPad walking fixed
- Images bigger than 77x77 are now downsampled
- Some sounds seem to be bugged, should report in the console now (please report any bugged sounds you discover)
- Added Website & Profile to help menu
- Added support for Java 7
- Encoding stuff for Linux and other non-Windows OSs.
