That would ruin the mechanics of the game.  If fences didn't rot than there would be a huge mess of fences left by inactive players.  Fences rot.  They need to rot.  They aren't that hard to refresh.

They aren't that hard to refresh.

You need more fencing, methinks.  Wink  Tongue

Naw, in actuality, yes, they need to rot.  Inactives make this so... but is sure would be nice if there was an easier way to refresh them all instead of spending hours upon hours doing it.

That's actually a good thing. Think of how much land some people would try to hold if they didn't have to spend so much time refreshing fences.
