Did I not do that with my post about weight? Worth is the price of the item adjusted for the current market. Worth can also vary from person to person as shown by LumberJane, but usually the majority don't care about the individuals opinion.

The principal of supply and demand is what Capitalism is all about; however, what people do with these Playstations is essentially the same as ticket scalping, which gets people arrested. (and the tickets taken away)

That being said, if some moron wants to spend $1500 on a PS3, let them waste their money.  I'm probably getting a Wii tomorrow (I have to go to KMart for Pepsi. KMart has Wiis.  I have to be there at 7AM for Pepsi.  They open at 7.) We'll see how things turn out, I'm not going to be sad if I don't get one.

well im gonna wait another 6 months- year until they are reasonably priced and buy one. i can wait that long i have my x-box 360 to play on, which i got free, sheeesh in a year i'll buy a phone and get a ps3 free too.

There was a publication in a newspaper today about how the real cost price of a playstation 3 is 250$ more then what the sell it for, xbox was 100* more expensive to make then what they sell it for....so it is a reasonable price  Grin
