About the initial topic of this post that has been sidetracked for a while. I have to say I HATE IDOLS! (sorry an unnecessary outburst)
Finally after a abt year of playing TW, i've got lv 7 trees (yes i know i'm slow in actuality i only played about 4 weeks with a 3 month break between each week haha)
I've realised the tedious process of accumulating balsam fir seeds to sacrifice is really tedious. Just to get 1 lvl 7 tree seed, i need 5040 balsam fir seeds and that takes me about than 30 minutes to dig... (not including eating, pooing, shovelling, tree-cutting, whittling, constructing, placing, buying magazines which goes over the hours... and then the sacrificing which still takes up a whole lot of time.)
Planting and waiting for trees to age is indeed less tedious, more slothful and perhaps relaxing, but its still slower until about lv 10 seeds right, until which it takes a whole day (or two) to get enough balsam fir seeds.

Wish i could buy seeds from the shop like in the past. (not saying i am that old, but just heard that all seeds were available in the shops in the past.

Some people are like a Slinky...not really good for anything, but you still can't help but smile when you see one tumble down the stairs.

The easiest way to get seeds is to plant all the ones you already have, then have the trees grow until 100 days of age, then chop them all down and restart the process. If you don't want to cut down the trees every 100 tree days, then wait for another time in which the tree has an age divisible by 100.
