I hear C7 has got some free space.  Is this true?  Where can I find land?

C7 as of today is reportedly full. According to the landowner anyway, when I last spoke to him.

Mm, someone might have moved out of their land tho.... How large a space do you need anyway? Last I heard, the new worlds still have free space. Guys, anyone confirm?
