Seed Levels
In addition to possibly finding the highest level tree seed available in TW, you may find seeds in the following level ranges depending on the type of buff you have at the time:

11-47 when unbuffed
11-47 when buffed with just GR
20-47 when buffed with just SM
30-47 when buffed with GR+SM

I am not sure how seeds from statues used to work, but testing over the past few days has surprised me.

But maybe I am more easily surprised than most.
