well, rize was 12 minutes late but i will give it to you guys anyway.

i really appreciate all the help people gave me (and in turn my friend) with this survey.  as a token of my appreciation i am buying an edict for the people of toadwater.

i am only listing those edicts which i can afford.

this poll will run three days.
