It never ceases to amaze me how much of an utter retard Ragekai is. My character is rank #3, I own a continent and I'm one of the richest players in the game. I would have to be as stupid as Ragekai himself to risk that just to steal some idiotic rank 200 char.

He can get rank the same way he gets skills I imagine. As to why, so you can show people your rank as well as your xp when you copy and paste the info somewhere.
