I hate that map from the guide. Its like trying to read chinese without knowing how to. I would love a map of the world. Dont really care about the showing of fences cause if you have been here long enough you know that most of the people worth raiding have 3 layers of the highest grade fencing they or their workers can make. So yeah kind of pointless. Plus it might convince me to jump from cloud world but not without first becoming the first god in cloud world. After that then maybe.

FYI: For those that know what Im talking about I'm now rank 193 and dropping anywhere from 3 to 5 ranks per log on and play. So only 183 ranks left. So I'm shooting for about a month or 2 more for god.

Firstly, let me address you becoming god in 2 months (or 2 years): AHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHA

As for fences: only morons settle for 3 layers of anything. This isn't 2003.

Well Twisti some of us actually do things in the game without using macros. As for the three layers of fences I dont see the point as to having more then two. Anymore then three is overkill, hell I think anymore the two is overkill. Now your just wasting land that someone who actually plays the game could use. Most of that fencing blocks off the noob worlds and forces the new players who jump to never be able to get an place where they can actually have a base. Noob world sucks and being forced to stay there because some people think they need to own the whole continent causes most players to quit. You put up fences to stop people from raiding you and taking the stuff you worked hard for or should I say that your macros worked hard for while those noobs are stuck in noob world where nothing they do is safe. And then we wonder why nobody wants to stay around and play long enough to grow the community into something respectable. I will make god being in cloud world, whether its rank ten, one, or anything in between. And when I do I hope you choke on your tongue with all your words of disgust and amazement.

I wish you luck, but you can go choke on your words. Not all noob worlds as you put it are fenced off by one single land owner. Just because you only see one players name dose not tell you how many people are living there. You just see the person's name who was chosen by the group to control the boarder.

Does it really matter who is in control. When they had to create more land to take care of all the new players and then all those lands got fenced off as well does it really even matter. I dont think so. Still a few people controlling the majority of land and if you are a noob the players that have been here for awhile most of the time are just jerks and wont share land or even let you in to look for land you can use. So try agani with some lame excuse as to why there is a need to fence off noob worlds. If you dont want noobs to join you or have full access to certain aspects in the game then stop allowing new people to join. Its sad when Ive been here for 7 yrs and I have realized this and dont even want to jump from cloud world. If I can make it to rank 193 using just cloud world I dont see the need for one person to own one, two, or even more world squares.

You are an Idiot and don't want to work for land, I just came back to toadwater a few months ago and had NO land and not even a cloud. It took me one week to get land, all I had to do with talk to people "nicely" and look for land.

If the noob world is fenced off the area is FULL. whether by need or greed. move on.

Toadwater rankings are not linear.  It took me a week, maybe a month, before I was in the area of your rank. This was done without macroing.  I'm not trashing your method of play here, but you will not make god at the rate you play.  Maybe rank 100 by the end of the year.

Oh shush, I played plenty without a macro. Making fences is easy. Or you could just buy some. Two layers of fencing will barely take me an hour to chop through. Don't you think it should take me more than an hour to completely destroy years of work someone put in their base ? That's just idiotic.

And why are you talking as if someone is advocating fencing off noob worlds ? I'm pretty sure everyone here is against that.

Also, some numbers on your quest. To reach rank #10, you would have to:

Spend 160 times as much time on Construction as you already have.
Spend 73 times as much time on Cooking as you already have.
Spend 113 times as much time on Farming as you already have.
Spend 304 times as much time on Forestry as you already have.
Spend 1102 times as much time on Management as you already have.
Spend 18 times as much time on Mining as you already have.
Spend 110 times as much time on Textile as you already have.
Spend 76 times as much time on Weaving as you already have.
Spend 163 times as much time on Whittling as you already have.

Assuming equal skill distribution for conveniences sake, that's an average of 236 times the amount of time you already put in. Taking into account how old your account is, this means that at your current pace, and assuming everyone else stops playing today, you can make god as rank 10 in early August, 3327. Yes, in the year three thousand three hundred and twenty seven.

But even if we assume you didn't play at all and only started your quest for ranks 6 months ago, the earliest you could make rank 10 would be about January 2128. Well, I guess it's a good thing that you're still young. Unfortunately, you won't be able to make me eat my words once you reach rank 10, because by then I will be long dead.

That's only considering that he makes the same xp/hr the entire time. Whittling lvl 26 and lvl 2 are huge differences.

I smell a fail pic on the horizon...

Dude, people do with their lands what people do with their lands. Nothing can change that except if you start raiding them, (good luck with that.) or the Owner of this game decides to become a jerk over night towards the people already owning land, (which I doubt he will.) Or a major add about the rules of owning land was added to the Constitution of Towadwater, making the elected Viceroys responsible for enforcing it, (again, good luck with that as well, I doubt any sane, strike that, any player of TW will ever vote for this Constitutional change except, perhaps a few players who are striving for land and is very desperate, or just mock voters.)

If you start asking around on the forums, you will find some land sooner or later. Many players are willing to give up part of their lands for new and returning players, or house them inside their bases.

And I aplaude your effort of becoming TW's first cloudworld God, that is a goal that will last you your lifetime as Twisti stated.
