Old:
§4.10 - If a CCR fails, there may not be another vote to alter that effected paragraph for a period of 1 (one) month.
New:
§4.10 - If a CCR fails, there may not be another vote to alter that effected paragraph for a period of
2 (two) weeks.
Face it, the constitution needs some changes, and with this paragraph changed, it will happen faster. Reason is that, if a vote is called for, and do not go through because some ones do not like parts of it, the changes can be discussed more and a vote can be cast again in two weeks instead of 4 weeks.
Please, discuss
