By request, from someone more important then me  Wink, the old image thread has been locked and a new one started. WooHoo!

I am hoping that some of the older players will have copies of the old image mods, so that they can be re-added to this thread. So if you have them, please post them. Grin

Here is a link to Myrrdin's old page. It seems inactive, and when I get a chance, I'll try to re-upload the images he has, just because I've never heard of pbworks, and I don't know how long they keep inactive pages.

I'm hoping to get some sort of topic started here. These forums seem so dead anymore...

Here are my numbered trees, pulled from the other page.

Here are the roads seen in the above picture. They degrade by loosing bricks.

Does anyone have the fences that gather Ivy?

Jimithy, I think it was you that mentioned the 11th fence image having a broken sign on it. this is not the original, from what I can tell. Could you show me what image you mean?

Also, I have fences that are brick walls with Ivy on them, if you're interested in those they will be posted soon.

Somewhere there are some that are recoloured versions of the default fences that gather Ivy as they age

Here's another screeny. The fences to the left are stone walls what gather ivy as they age. I kept the original image for the final stage, because I never let them degrade that far, and if I do, I want it to be painfully obvious. This also has a better example of the degraded road. The missing stones are transparent and will work with any ground type. The grass everywhere is the image I use for basic sand. If you want to use it, PM me, but it's not fully functional yet, because I haven't fixed it for things like ditches and compost bins.

PlantAid is a planting aid for folks with crappy monitors and crappy eyesight. The small black circles show when a square is fertilized and help to see when trees/flowers are planted. Crops replace the circles with largish letters that go away after a minute or so.

The old Forest Fences, I believe by Myrrdin, tweaked so they *should* work with fence locks. They are green fences that turn brown as they age!

I made a beautiful loading screen replacement.

Then I learned you can't change the loading screen, at least not as easily as the other images. But it's still pretty, could be used as a forum signature elsewhere or something.

This does not have the correct dimensions, 363x215 (don't ask), but if you change it to have proper dimensions, I'll add it to the client and have it display either pic at random when it starts up. You could probably just replace the one in your .jar file - a jar file really isn't much more than a renamed zip file.

Oh, neat. Here's the resized one.

I'll take a look at the .jar and see if I can figure it out..

This has been added in the new client I'm releasing in a few minutes. To add your custom load screen, name it "splash-whateveryouwant.png" and put it in Images/SplashScreens (the directory will be created automatically once you start the new client, just start it and press alt+b). The game will randomly chose one of the images in there or the default image every startup.
