Learning Java

I'm bored, so I decided I want to learn how to program.  I understand the basics, enough to write flowcharts and pseudo code, but I want to learn Java.  Does anyone know of any good books, or PDF resources (I want to print it out and bring it to work with me)?

I'm going to be focusing on games...probably something mobile...Not 100% certain, yet.  Mostly I need to learn the language and structure, so beginner stuff is mostly what I'm looking for.

Almost any "Java for Beginners" book would probably be fine. There are tons of free programming ebooks you can find just by googling. I am not that good at programming but in my opinion the easiest language for a beginner to learn would probably be Python because the syntax is simple and there isn't any "unnecessary" extra code. Once you learn one language it is pretty simple to pick up other languages anyway.
