Can someone explain to me how I can figure the optimal time to chop my trees to get the most seeds/wood?
I was recently reminded the system is different than tw1 :p

Do you chop manually or with workers?

For manual chopping, you'll always get more stuff the longer you wait (the yield increase will get lower and lower, though, the odds drop out fast).

If you use workers, every piece of wood you get lowers your chance to get even one seed. Also, wood price is capped at 150% base price I think. I cut trees with workers when they're about 10 years old, which gives decent amounts of both wood and seeds for me. You can afford more if you're working with low level trees, but then again, why would you?

I'd like to make a nice optimization spreadsheet one day, but I don't really care about optimal yields anymore Cheesy
