Grow a new one.

They can only grow in size while they are still growing in terms of %-progress. When they reach 100%, their size is frozen.
The rate it grows in size is determined by its watering level while it is growing in %-progress. Basically, it grows the fastest when it is 50% watered. 49% is slower. 51% is slower. If you want an optimal kok, you need to maintain it at exactly 50%. Of course you can get a more-than-adequate kok by keeping it between 40% and 60%.

The best way to obtain a good kok is to devote a day to growing one and check back every 30 mins or every hour to keep it at a good watering level.
