Hey Everyone!

I'll start two free edicts tomorrow (5/7/16) at Noon (EST) the only question is what edicts.  Post your ideas here and I'll take the most popular two edicts and load them up late tonight.  Also if you want, I'd be happy to start a TW1 edict also.

Well actually, I'd really like a management edict instead of a planting delay edict, but that doesn't exist.
