New Registration or update of old account

Hi there.  I've been trying to register a new account (since I can't use my existing account to log in to TW2 server).  I type the correct verification letters in on the register screen however every time I'm told they are incorrect and to try and register again.  I also downloaded the client, selected the TW2 server, and tried to register that way.  It also tells me that the registration letters are incorrect.  Am I missing something?

Sadly the signup process is riddled by problems. I try to fix it as often as I can, sorry this one took longer than usual. Should be working for the time being.
